Biggest constant in life, that is Change.

“Most people say: they need to buy into it and I think that more than buy into it, they have to be motivated, they have to be encouraged about it. There´s is a difference between motivation and encouragement”. M.E.

In this remarkable Horse Assisted Education Week, we are connecting with an amazing human being from which I had learned a lot in my journey. In my opinion, he is a Disruptive Business and Leadership Coach, one of my tops, but most of all, his passion for caring for others in life is a gift for all the persons that work with him. This is the 1st out of 3 episodes.

Mauricio shares some insights and experiences that may be not familiar to the corporate world. He talks about how “horses listen to your heart, they don’t listen to your brain and share some brilliant thoughts achieved by his experience as a Master coach and with horses, having witnessed horse assisted education.
“I think that the question is not if theirs is a carryover effect, I think here what it matters is the intensity of the carry-over effect. Remember emotions are measured in time and intensity of their effect. So when you leave from a training that was assisted by horses, the intensity of those emotions will carry for a long time. And the biggest thing is emotions are the glue of the memories.”
